Please read these Terms of Use, including those set forth in the Privacy Policy ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Spaces application (the "App") made available by Pradeep ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the App.
The App requires one-time payment, your account will be charged immediately as soon as you buy from BuyMeACoffee or Gumroad website.
Pradeep does not send invoices to customers that purchase from Buy Me A Coffee and for Gumroad you can request it.
All sales are final. Pradeep issues reimbursements for purchases charged by your bank on a case-by-case basis. 100% refunds are offered only if a license is unused or if it is used then it should be requested within 3 days of purchase. If you have a billing dispute, it will be addressed by Pradeep or payment processors based on what kind of billing dispute it is.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Pradeep its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the App will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the App is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the App will meet your requirements.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
